Final Proof Reading underway

We have reached the last stages of proofreading. This is much more than a quick spell-check and requires a keen eye. Layout errors are being picked up and adjustments made to the automatic justification of the text. Consistency with the fonts types & sizes is also being checked. All this is then returned to the writer who must go through the changes meticulously. He must decide what to do with each correction or suggestion.
